ST. ALi, ‘COUNTRY OF ORIGIN’ DINNER

People… St. Ali will be hosting round two of the “Country of Origin” degustation events held on the 15th of May. Executive chef Ben Cooper (ex. Nobu, Ezard’s and Long Grain) will be putting together an 8-course Central American inspired feast with accompanying wines. To add to that, Justin and Toshi will be roasting up single estate coffees fresh from Costa Rica, Nicaragua and El’ Salvador which will be served during the evening through Siphon Bar, Cold Drip, Espresso and Affogato.
